Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 4-6 business days across India.

Shipping Charges:

• Orders above ₹1,000 — FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹1,000 — Flat ₹79 shipping charge

Shipping Partner: We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Serviceable Areas: We currently deliver across all pin codes in India.

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All tags must be intact and attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Product must not show signs of wear or damage

How to Return:

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 7547015388 with your order number
2. We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours
3. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Refund Method: Full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable: Products with broken or missing tags, products showing signs of use, sale items marked as final sale.

Every Zevras product is covered by our 1-year anti-tarnish guarantee. If your jewelry tarnishes within 12 months of purchase under normal wear conditions, we will replace it free of charge.

To claim: Send us a photo of the product on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll verify and ship a replacement within 5-7 business days.

This guarantee does not cover: Physical damage, scratches from impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or products modified after purchase.

Information We Collect: When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and shipping address. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order.

Payment Information: All payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers.
